Transfer Travel
The person / people who books the transfer is held responsible for the entire booking, including all third parties.
Payment is required upon collections.
The confirmation e-mail will be your ticket for your Outbound & Return journeys.
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail at least 30 days after booking or at least 1 week before outbound trip if you book after the deadline period.
Any complaint or request for refund must be made in writing by e-mail within 30 days of the return date.
Passengers are limited to one suitcase and one small hand luggage per person. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
All luggage must have a clear label with the passengers Full Name and Destination Details.
Transfer Travel will do their very best to honour all special requests made when booking a transfer.
All vehicles are fully insured for all passengers as required by local law. However all luggage is the individual customers responsibility and they are advised to get their own travel insurance.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to give a full drop off address when booking the transfer.
It is also the passenger’s responsibility to give a current and valid mobile phone number, and to check that their phone is on when they land.
Any changes must be made by email as soon as possible and they may be subject to an administration fee, which is at Transfer Travel’s discretion.
Passengers are not permitted to smoke or drink alcohol whilst travelling with Transfer Travel.
Transfer Travel reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be a threat or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Transfer Travel will wait for 60mins after passengers landing time. If they don’t show up this will be seen as a missed transfer and the customer will notbe refunded in any way for this.
Travel Transfer will not be liable for the following circumstances:
Accidents causing delays to the vehicle
Exceptional or Very Severe weather conditions.
Compliance with Police or Government Access.
Vandalism / Terrorism.
Unforeseen Traffic Delays.
Other circumstances that could be seen as dangerous to the driver / staff / passengers.
Nothing can affect the statutory rights of all passengers.
